"Go where the winners go - Make Peace with Failure!"
3/24/2014 6:53:37 AM

Remove failure from your uniqueness. Just because you haven’t established a successful way of doing something (so far) doesn’t suggest you are a failure. These are entirely separate beliefs; however scores of us blur the lines amid them. Making failure personal can inflict chaos on our self-worth and self-assurance.

At some point in our lives we all make mistakes.
The majority of us recognize that failure is a reality of life, and at some point we realize that it in fact helps us grow. Logically we even accept that the peak achievers — long-ago and current — as well characteristically experienced enormous failures.

However even so, we hate to fail. We dread it, we fear it, and when it does occur, we cling to it. We provide it control over our emotions, and occasionally, we permit it to order our approach onward (or rearward). a number of of us go to huge lengths to evade failure because of all the hurt and embarrassment connected with it.

I find that when I am approached with failure of any kind. I may use anyone of these strategies to exonerate myself and move on:

I try not to make it personal.

Contemplate and learn to acclimatize.

Stop dwelling on it.

Let go of the desire for approval from others.

Undertake a fresh viewpoint.

In reality, at any given time, you can come across a notable or present-day success story that experienced an account of great failure. Furthermore, if you query persons who have distinguished themselves in the course of their accomplishments, they will tell you that failure was a vital component of their success. It was their impetus, governess and a catalyst down their conduit to prominence. The difference between them and the typical individual is that they didn’t quit. You can’t alter history however; you can shape your expectations. The sooner you take a positive step forward, the quicker you can leave these incapacitating and debilitating feelings behind.
