I finally got to meet authors I chat with online. Also working on a sequel to my Indian time travel romance July 8 - 14 I was in Vegas at the RomanceNovelConvention put on by Jimmy Thomas. There, I got to meet three new cover models as they performed for us and then enjoyed a two hour lunch where we got to talk with each of them. One has already wrote and performed his own music in a recent video - Google KADEN and find out more about him. He's also a writer and I think with a little work, you'll soon see his first book release. We were all encouraging him to continue the story line to a series.
Justin Thomas was another tall drink of water that I'm sure will end up on many covers. Justin is a model and meeting all of us will help get him on several covers soon. He's tall and a little shy but that sexy gaze and smile will get him far.
The winner of the 2014 Casanova contest was Weston Boucher - he's a photographer with his sexy wife, who jointly own their own business. I'm hoping to be able to use Weston on a future cover or two. His wife is one lucky woman!
These guys were very gracious and accommodating to all the female authors wanting to get their photos taken with each of them. We had a blast at the convention and returned home with our heads full of new story ideas and visions of our heroes.
