What I do outside of Writing. I keep Home and Hearth.
I am learning to make things other than Store Bought.
I like to Cook and Bake.
I am gaining more experience in Native and Mexican Cooking and Baking Arts.
I can do Cupcakes very well, Cakes are still a challenge.
Dessert Breads are fairly simple.
Cookies are easy enough.
I also have a Favorite Blue Corn Muffin Recipe that I make in Fall and Winter.
Enchiladas, Tacos and Burritos are some of the easiest to make.
I want to learn how to make Tamales, starting with Dessert Tamales, since they are most simple.
Yes, it is a learning curve, since I am new to NM.
Moved around some prior to living here.
