For many reasons, I have, so far, self published my books. I had some of the first few books printed in England, but all are now printed as Print on demand, at present by Createspace. However, the original printed books have different covers and I am the only person who has any stock of these books in NEW condition.

Today, I have noticed that 'Choice for Teenagers' book , poems written specifically for teenagers, and 'Coping with illness and grief' book ( with the English covers) - poems for young children who are either ill or grieving, are for sale at ridiculously inflated prices on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk respectively. 

These are paperbacks and 'used and in good condition' and are on sale for around £136 ( .co.uk) and $176 ( .com) .

Now, I am not a businesswoman - just someone who writes from many years of experience as a psychiatrist and I sell my books via my websites - in particular www.mybooksaudreycoatesworth.com

Both these books, bought in UK (NEW condition ) are priced at only £7.49 + postage and package.

I hope those who read this blog pass this message on to family and friends, schools etc. I hate to think that anyone, anywhere, would pay those ridiculous prices. I dislike other people trying to make a large profit out of someone else's hard work.
