An Experiment

Exercise
I've considered myself an athlete since I was seven years old. College football, professional racquetball, recreation and competitive cycling, both on and off road (See my book, NORTH BY BIKE) running (Dozens and dozens of races from the marathon on down) tournament tennis...I think I've tried everything. But now I face an entirely new challenge.

First, I'm just coming out of a series of medical emergencies that twice nearly took my life. Second, I've never been this old before (LOL) So, how much can I do? That's what I'm going to find out.
