Musings of random things I'm excited to announce that I finally have Under the Paw - The Incredible Whacky Air Hockey Showdown, middle grade novel, and The Disciplining of Mom and A Tale of Two Diaries in print.
They may not be selling much or at all on Amazon, or getting reads on KU, but I am selling a few copies each month at local events we vend at. Our main products are wood and laser crafts. But along with those, I feature my books and am getting at least one person to get one.
I don't know how the page reads work for KU. I never check those as I'm always sure there aren't any. However last week I had a reason to check - a scammer said she'd read one of the romances on KU so I had to check that - and look, someone had started to read A Tale of Two Diaries!
That was last month, so I hope they go on with it this month. So far, no.
I'm going to take all of my short stories out of KU and put them wide, so I can get them into libraries on my own. If the novels don't do anything after I do some promo - no cash for that now - I'll do the same with them.
They've all been in there over 6 months.
And I'm putting together an anthology for the shorts. I want at least 15 stories to put in in it. I have eleven so far.
I'd love to feature the frog stories my youngest son wrote back in the day. Two I probably could add in. But his first one, while hilarious, is rather gruesome with all the frog squishing splatting going on. Not sure how that one would go over. Maybe I'll post it here and see what anyone thinks.

I have the next sequels for Under the paw and for Marooned on Planet Earth series in the planning stage. The titles will be Under the Paw The Case of the Missing MalleyCat. Tentative title. There has to be a better one. And A Tale of Two Cousins. Not sure if I'll make a series of The Disciplining of Mom. I'm also trying to finish the third of my DreamWynd Whispers Romances series. Plus the anthology.
I need to be triplets!
I've revamped my websites. They still need work, and I'll get to them . . . eventually. Gotta fit in wood and laser crafting into the mix. It's how we get from week to week between SS payments. So I need to scrape up some pennies for promo.
I finally published my FB page. I know I should've done that years ago. But I was skeptical of anyone caring about anything I wrote or anything about me. Turns out I was wrong. I'm getting some followers. Hopefully they are legitimate ones and not just people looking to sell me their services . . . if they really have services to sell. One never knows. And getting hundreds of views. Now when they start to like more and comment. That will be a plus.
I think a couple of online sales may have come from FB. I know at least two sales were a friend and a cousin. Maybe two friends.
That's the news for this time. I'll try to be more consistent in visiting AD. Been getting forgot in trying to keep up with life and writing and other fun things.
