Hi Judith, I love your story about breadmaking! I envy those like you who can make bread from scratch.. I couldn't do it even with 3 bread machines.. I remember baking 16 loaves before the last one came out edible! My kids would see me drag out the machine they gave me for Christmas and run...They hated the idea that they were going to HAVE TO eat it... Once I recall the whole loaf disappearing before dinner... and... later I found it wrapped in a newspaper in the trash by the curb! Go figure! I'm so happy that you have returned to kneading your own... I bet it always comes out delicious too! Have a great day.. hugs, lindalaw
