I find Clarence, I have so many things needing to be fixed! I am glad he hears our prayers and knows our needs.
I love the word "Paraclete" "one who stands beside to help"."
If Jesus is standing by us to help, then he is walking us through the fixing and showing us his way,instead of ours.
Long ago a woman named Catherine Marshall wrote a book called "Beyond Ourselves", she developed TB and was very sick but God saw her through it. When she talked about her life she said she invisioned Jesus with her everyday..pictured him sitting, standing, beside her all the time and saw him smile and or not smile. She could tell if he was happy with her or not.
All I want is to know everyday that I am putting a smile on God's face, laughing at what I do for him, and being the tool he put me in place to do his work.
I call this fixing...
You and I think alike and know that we are kindred spirits, because he had me write this to you!
