In the past I would never have stopped to read anything about Autism or even disabilities of any type. Ignorance is bliss! How wrong that statement can be at times... Once I read "It's Okay Eli" by Carol Surber, a haunting journal of a mother who shared her son's journey, and her exploration in love and humility...I then realized how one can see beauty in an ugly syndrome. Your blog was quite informative, and I recommend Ms. Surber's book for a better human understanding whether ones life is touched with autism or not! hugs, lindalaw
