What a terrific idea! And long overdue. House husbands are few and far between. I've certainly never met one. I wonder what a man feels like becoming his children's primary carer? Probably being the first person they see in the morning and the last person they might see at night. Does their love and bond grow stronger towards the dad now he's their 'mum? Does he subsequently admire his wife, and women around the world for taking on such a relentless role of ear infections, unprovoked crying fits and endless joyous moments of laughter and fun, or does it demascalinate him? This book ought to be a fascinating and intriguing read. I'll certainly be queing for a copy.

Your journey as a house husband has been an inspiration for me, as I now find myself in a similar role. I have no doubt that your book will inspire- give hope and show that even a man can rise to the challenge of running a home - who says only women can multi-task.

I'm learning a lot about you today JFR - an ex journalist writing a book on the quiet. Knowing how very thorough and 'fussy' you are with everything you do however, I can't wait to read the novel - I'm sure it would be a cracker - Bring it on!!!
