I agree with your..."BULL"!!
Just add this to the cost of the "war"...maybe have Halliburton, Chaney, and Bush pockets make a contribution. Not just a contribution, but a levy-tax...to those who made billions on this war!
Wherever $ comes from, it SHOULD be there for our Vets!
