Ed, I listened to Sen. Webb this past Sunday on one of the news shows, and he indicated then, that it appears some on the Hill would not support the New GI Bill.

I also think that it is a clear indication that Bush/McCain feel they are so far up the evoluntionary chain that they couldn't recognize a good thing if it smacked them upside the head.

Surprises me that a war veteran like McCain contemplates the idea of hundred years more in Iraq with the US soldier collateral damage.
Those that vote for McCain should as well vote for availability of free assault weapons to civilians and mandadory abortion instead of suggest the use of condoms.
Maybe that stay in the Hanoi Hilton fried his brain.(if any)
