Great piece, Ed. Lots of things that needed saying.
I cannot believe that only one person found it in their heart to comment. This poignant story is so relevant and speaks loudly of something that is going very wrong in our world.
Has the human race completely lost it!

IMAGINE IF $300,000,000 WAS PULLED OUT OF WAR EACH YEAR - AND USED SOLELY FOR OUR VETERANS ... THOUSANDS OF HEROES LIVES MIGHT BE SAVED!
DIGNITY MIGHT BE RESTORED, AS WELL AS FAMILIES SAVED ...
