Ann,
May God be with your mom and those who are helping to care for her. And may he be with you and your brother and other loved ones. Sometimes it's as hard if not harder on the loved ones as they watch their family member deteriorate.

Ann, it is so sad. Maybe God has a reason for your Mother to live this way - a reason you may never know of. As hard as it is, stay strong.
