Nice story...I redid my own roof five years ago. It took me two weeks working by myself. What a brutal job. Striping, lugging shingles and tar paper rolls up the ladder, and frying on the red hot shingles. I bought a tarp to keep the rain out in the meantime. The tarp did a great job of keeping the rain out. If I live long enough, next time the roof starts leaking, I think I'm just going to replace it with a tarp. |
