I did not watch the Grammy awards, and to my recollection, not ever. Still, I know shit from Shinola, and my shoes prove it. Rap and Hip-Hop are vulgar shit, not worthy of mentioning in the same breath with Richard Rogers or any of the great American musicals, or any composition by anyone that has stood the test of time. I could not agree with you more, Sir Morgan, and I will back you up in a bar fight on that issue any time, any place. Keep on plugging away, old friend, and look out for your wife and daughter. In this nasty old world they need a crusty old warrior who can dish it out with class and panache.
