"Taking a Cue from Snooker"

Writing reviews requires a skill similar to that of those who attend golf tournaments. You know the mantra: “Those who can, do, while those who can’t gawk and holler ‘You da man!’ ” Having skills at neither golf nor snooker, I am well qualified to tell the world about the inner workings of the literate brain, the deftness of mind-to-paper interplay with the magic of wordsmithing as the dénouement, and with the prospect of a Pulitzer prize waiting in the wings, or not. And so, having exhausted my knowledge of the craft, the art, and the ephemeral air of the effete world of words, I bid you and all adieu. ‘Twas a pleasure to read your aforementioned tome, or tomette, it transferred many of your ideas into my otherwise empty head, and now I shall forthwith and with haste steal them and portray them to others as my own. Ta ta. (I promise to never write such garbage again).
