A good observation and analysis.
I think anyone who has the confidence to apply for a permit also has respect for the system, society, and the weapon. Perhaps that's why most remain concealed; to show that respect for society. Also, many carried handguns are small are are actually easier to carry concealed. As for myself, as I have written many times; I think every competent citizen must have a defensive weapon; to discourage the need to ever have to fire that weapon. Kind Regards.
