I forgot to mention - that was 16 years ago when I was just a 58-year-old kid. As Byron suggests: keep moving!

An excellent article - and right on target. I over-did it with my first novel, night and day, in a hard chair. After two months my back went out and I had to roll out of bed. Then my legs and hips froze up - I could walk only 100 feet without stopping. I finally recovered with tennis and less sitting. Now back to normal - but learned an early lesson. Keep moving!
