Stones are a fascinating subject, partly because they are so durable and have been a favorite 'remember me' monument as long as we've been human. I wonder if you have thoughts about them. Were they just in the way of some agricultural project, or did they, as proto-Hittites apparently believed, actually sing to those who had the 'ear'? |
