Make the rules for both as soon as you get in the door, or better, before the move.
You can still lead you own lives and keep your space if it's talked about. You don't have to take the other grocery shopping (do your own), visit family or a friend alone, or close your bedroom door to be alone.
Hard decision: Rules with who can and can't come in or visit. I'd say, rule of no one stays over.
