Sounds like an excellent book that covers it all. All I have been through and going through and might still go through. I will have to read this one of interest to me. Great for you to post it in your blog.

If more readers could only enter this world--with the luxury of leaving whenever they choose--then I think more would understand and fewer would suffer.
