It's everywhere. I just read down here a story in which 2 youths were peeing in the front yard of an old couple who'd come out to go for a walk. They scolded the boys and asked them to leave. The boys attacked the old man and beat him up. Seems he'll lose an eye and his health, as of this writing, continues to deteriorate as he lies in the hospital. The 2 youths got out of jail a few days later for they were incarcerated without a "warrant" for their arrest. Is it a crazy world? You bet!!!
