Sometimes I wonder why anyone sane wants to be president of any country! Headache after headache. Then, falling off that pedestal we ALWAYS put the candidate on hurts, I'm sure! Still, good blog.

Nice blog, Dana. May I politely raise 2 issues...?

Peak oil - look it up - there's not much to be done about the oil price. New reserves will cost megazillions to get out - quite simply, the age of cheap oil is over forever.

I'm surprised about your assertions re Obama as liar - I've followed the primaries very closely and what I've seen is a desperate HRC blowing smoke fumes and lies - when I've checked up, BO's come up pretty clean by any standards.
