You're right, something has to be done. In the meantime, however, it seems too many parents are letting their kids run around alone! That's craziness this day & age. It's unfortunate, but a reality. Work schedules are going to have to accommodate better supervision of kids.

I’m with you on this one, Dana. If a dog kills or mauls a child, when they catch it, they kill it. But there’s difference between a mad dog and a “man “ who attacks and molests children? I am sorry, but I beg to differ, they are both the same animals to me. |
