Hello Mary,
Write On! I've met a lot of these scammers on a site supposed to be for Christians, and they "chat" just to get the email address, particularly if your profile says something about your financial resources, had reported some from Nigeria, Sweden, and other Asian countries, asking for sums of money as "donation" or "aid" for an emergency and bank details for fund transfers are given. Data does not incude real names, and there's no way to trace the email address. Kids should be warned.
