Thanks. A very revealing article. It also matches two other ideas. First, it seems the initiation of Agenda 21. Second, it describes advancement of the 'New World Order' foretold in the Bible, first verse of Revelation: Chapter 13. "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea having seven heads-" Perhaps those seven heads describe the seven continents being combined under one leader - that beast.
