Hi Love, I am SO glad that you posted this. As you know, I had a liver transplant 7 yrs ago this Jan. I was hooked on Tylenol though everyone said that you cannot be. Yeah right! I advanced from OTC Tylenol to a prescription drug containing acetaminophen, the main ingredient. Finally after so much BS with my liver (still going through it) I stopped taking it. Now, I live with the pain and it's really not that bad anymore through meditation and breathing exercises. There are many foods that have natural pain killers, vitamins and minerals. OK, I am going on and on ( smile ) so I'll stop here and say thank you again . . . Jan xo |
