I feel the same way. (My stories verses my poems, in terms of reviews; I'm a storyteller, NOT a poet.) Yet I am staying; I enjoy writing, and I hope that the interest in your book picks up soon! I will say a prayer for you, say a prayer that this happens! Let me know what happens! :)
