"What in the world is wrongin AZ"

I live here (AZ) and I surely don't know what's going on! Perhaps I just don't like our Gov to begin with...so almost anything she does is not to my liking. On the otherhand, I do see both sides to this issue, because...we have soooo much crime here...and perhaps it's unfair to blame it on illegals...however, they are a huge part of the crime situation here...we hear/see/read about it daily...and everyday we have these houses where dozens of illegals are found, usually mistreated by their captives...(More illegals or hispanics making money from their own...which is a terrible and sad thing to see when they are shown on TV...often abused/beaten, hungry, etc.) We don't have illegals generally from other countries except Mexico, so the focus is on that; where in other states they have "white" illegals that blend into society with little to no notice... The states who have borders are the ones who know the true stories, and suffer the most via high crime, economic loss to US residents, etc.. On the otherhand however, AZ is a high Native American State...and often it is difficult to distinguish between them and Mexican illegals...so...there is no "decent" way to avoid discrimination, humiliation and unfair "guessing" as to who is here illegally. There has to be a better way to solve our problems...and there are many...other than the way AZ is currently doing. It saddens me to see how this has turned into such a negative thing for all involved. This is almost like the Oil Spill in the Gulf...the hole continues to grow and gush out more and more..as the gulf turns thick and muggy and causes so much economic loss to those who depend on those waters for their livelihood. For the most part..in AZ, no matter what ethnicity we are; most people are hard working, decent, caring and struggling to survive through the chaos that Wall St, and the bankers created. Stress just comes out in ways that are not so kind...and AZ politics is generally...not so kind! Are you confused for real now? lindalaw
