Leslie, you're so right..it is difficult for me as well to focus because of all the things which are quite horrible - and over which I have no control.

You're right as well about sentences calling for branching out...you never know where thoughts will lead you. That is not a bad thing. Not at all. It's called letting thoughts free reign. :)
