Joyce you have had a very busy time...and I do love the Kentucky mountains... gorgeous... the veggies sound delicious, and I envy you the work & fun of picking/canning/freezing... no such thing here. I had to go to the AZ mountains myself just to remind myself that there is some beautiful green here too... Left 115 plus temps in this dry desert, and within 4 hours it was green, and climbing mountains, water in various places, and when we arrived at the White Mountains, it was in the low 60's..cool and wonderful! Slept in a cabin with all the windows open..even had some rain...the air smelled delicious... Reality is tomorrow tho...back to the hot sun.. How I envy you those mountains... thanks for sharing. lindalaw
