It's a good time to be alive...working out the challenges of older years :o) What with more and more people experiencing sinus infections, is it any wonder we question our air purity? Polution spreads, sight unseen, everywhere on Earth! Ah, but sniffing warm salt water - and now bottled saline solutions - does really help :o) And a little smear of Vicks of the rim of nostrils at night...

Dear Joyce, I was bothered a few years ago, with a bothering cycle of sinus infection that recurred again and again until I got an operation (five minutes of it after waiting for another five minutes for the anesthesia to kick in) and after it I been free of the awful smelling (for me) infection, although the Spring allergic bonus still I have.
Hope that when you read this you are on the way to be well.
