Beautiful update, Joyce; glad things ae settling down with you! Good for you! Glad the flu hasn't hit you hard; it's hit Texas pretty bad. Several neighbors had or have the swine flu; am NOT getting nowhere NEAR them!! I will have to say prayers for them! Some people have been so sick with this stuff they ended up in hospital; I will have to say special prayers of healing for them too. Karla and I don't know what to get each other, but I did give her some hints: books, college lined paper, pens, pencils, maybe a coloring book or two: nothing fancy. :) I will probably get her some paper, pens, books, too, if I can get a financial blessing, plus get the things we need: personal items, toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, etc. We have plenty of food, just not much else. Keep us in your prayers; pray we get a financial miracle; we could really use one! Not living on much anyway (her VA disability); after bills, WHAT money?????
