Aloha mai e, Linda. Molokai mo bettah, eh! You might find some of my articles on Molokai to be of interest. I note your reference also to the Salmon River Wilderness. I spent much time during my childhood at my Uncle's cabin on Big Wood River, in Ketchum (near Sun Valley). We were located about a half mile away from Hemingway's cabin near Warm Springs when he experienced the Big Sleep (in '61). As the Chinese are fond of saying, "May you live in interesting times."
