3 teens are accused of setting Michael Brewer on fire. He is burned over 65% of his body.His recovery is slow and painful and his Mother is by his side. We Must find ways to prevent these awful things from happening I know I sound like a broken record, but surely someone knew these boys had problems.
In our state we are faced with cutbacks for funding for mental health services. Some children are just not going to get the services they need and other children are going to get hurt because of it.It is short sighted to cut back funding for mental health services, but we are in economically tough times. I just wish someone would look at what we spend down the road for what we save today.
