Thanks for the reminder, Lili! It is so true...
When I look at my children from Haiti I am doubly grateful that they can taste of the freedoms and opportunities that we have here in America...not that Haiti isn't free, but when I look at the struggles of the Haitian people I am grateful that my children don't have to struggle like that. I only wish there was a solution for those who remain in Haiti...a solution of peace & prosperity, free from the corruption and poverty that eats at the core of the country I love. But then...maybe I am dreaming...
