Those that had not learned from their error are bound to repeat them again and again and again and...
The Russians got rid of one Czar and replaced it with another of tyrannical blood thirsty Czars.
The Chinese got rid of one Emperor and elevated others to be their tyrannical blood thirsty Emperors.
The Iranians got rid of a progressive Emperor and sat in his place a tyrannical blood thirsty illiterate "preachers" as their new almighty Emperors.
People in general are a bunch of sheep praying for God to give them wolves.
