Thank you again, Belle, for the courage to write the truth about this travesty.
Bush/Cheney and the rest of the "Chicken-Hawk" administration who lied us into this quagmire should be prosecuted for war crimes and crimes against humanity. If only we had representatives in Congress with enough courage to stand up to these monsters. Keep this in the public view.

Problem is, La Belle, once we've fulfilled our obligations, we're expendable - while members of Congress and high government officials get the best of medical care (at no charge), we Veterans get the dregs - the leftovers - the ones that don't give a rip - God help us! I wrote about my frustrations with the VA in a poem, "This is Your Shame." Grrrrrrrr Our troops deserve nothing but the best!! Thank you for speaking out for those who've served - the government seems to have forgotten - "thank you for your service, now get out of here!" is what they seem to be saying - you got me started, and that's good. If more see this outrage, maybe something will be done -
