I have hated the actions of some people, but never hated the the person. Often, I knew where the hatred came from that they had from their past experience.

Of those I've known who hated, I tended to feel sorry for that hatred, because clearly they did not know what the other side was, just what they thought was their side. Sad. The sooner we help haters, the quicker we will have less hate.

I have learned your lean piece of wisdom well. I found long ago that hate never rewarded me or anyone I saw exercising it. The prerequisite is anger, and to embrace anger with love, oh, what a poultice love is to heal hate. Thank you for posting this poetic alert. Namaste.
