bravery is indeed a relative term -- I am sure that you are brave -- and intelligent enough to know when it is time to run, duck, hide, or stay inside -- may the coolness of a/c give you relief from the heat -- God bless --JMW

Your writing and your photographs make us realize that anyone can bounce back when life floored us with one of her sucker punches.
To be brave doesn't meant only about to be fearless, to be brave is to know when to duck in time, so one can be fearless for another tomorrow.

Actually, altho I like the pix's...I just like to read what you have to say... kind of a downhome way of telling what you have to tell... I like it.. It's calming for me... nice. Just stay brave no matter "where" you take the photo's...in or out of doors... :-)) lindalaw

You're braver than I'll ever be, Karla! Glad you use common sense when "chasing storms" with your camera; all stormchasers (or wx buffs) should be as careful as you are. Keep on taking those beautiful weather photos; maybe one day we'll see 'em in a book! :)

Do like the storm pictures. Glad you can take them without fear. Glad you can still walk in the open I cannot very well, get backache and feet hurt. So my walking days are mostly over.
You give us such a good idea of the weather where you live, and it so hot here in the 90's too. AM surviving summer with lots of iced tea, soda, water, cool iced water, and reading things on the den such as yours comfort me too and give me hope for a great future too. Hope yours is great too. We are all holding together in spite of the weather. Great write, enjoy and brought me such enjoyment today.
