Karla, I hope that you shake this fall off pretty quickly. I don't want you going around in pain. Warm temperatures will make the healing process faster. Sis, sadly my arms are too short to reach your shoulder, I am very good at massages and etc LOL
You need to let that shoulder and everything else to recover and be well, so, take a hot tea cup and when the boiler starts to heat, wham! to the bed, that's an order soldier!

Lay out in that 80 degree sunshine and your boo-boo's will feel better. Spring taunted us today in Ohio, 71 and tonight,about 40. Anyway, I hear if you place someone's hand in warm water as they sleep, they will wake up and no more snores! LOL

Hi Karla, that's because you are a best-selling author! People just haven't read you, yet. But that will change, you know. And fall? Hell, 80? Wish I was in that weather if that's what fall is like there! It's barely above freezing here, and I can't take the winters anymore like I used to. To hell with spring... I'm holding out for SUMMER!
