I don't know what scares me more, you writing about twisters and tornadoes over your roof or that Damocles sword over my head when you say you think on calling quits!
But, as long as you continue to write....

Hi Karla... It gets difficult to do this..I know; yet..we just have to focus on why "I" write.. WE write for different reasons..but under it all..we do want to be read...When we are perfectionists, or overachievers...which you are...just like I am...we tend to always push our own buttons...expecting so much from ourselves.. We just have to realize that we love to write...and if we can be read too..wow...what a high! You know you are talented...and you know you have what it takes...You are a writer...and you are a very talented one! Good for you! hugs, lindalaw

Hi Karla. I agree. I get about 350 hits a day. It is nice to know that many people are reading my stuff. Thanks for the reminder.However I sure wouldn't mind if I get a publisher for a manuscript I am writing.I smile as I write that.

Yes, Karla, way to go. I have wondered that also sometimes, I get a lot of hits on my posts, but no too many reviews. You are right, at least we are being read.
I don't worry over this at all...and you shouldn't either. You are a very talented and wonderful person.

I think the goal of a writer is to say what is in their heart, soul and mind. If it is read that is a bonus but you must write first for the love of the word and expressing yourself and that is the most important thing.
