Randy, where in thew orld are you living,--water goes out, internet cuts off, nine flights--I'd only do that once!! Well, as Linda Law said, you should be in real good shape soon--but don't over do the lifting. Open heart surgery is not fun--I can tell you that from personal exoeriences.

Oh Randall... I had you on my mind this morning...didn't understand why!??? so now I know... u were climbing stairs..hehe.. however...the day was gorgeous! Same here in Arizona... they say we'll hit 90 in a few days tho...oops..that means HOT is around the corner...hehe..
