Yes, that's a good question, how did he get those guns? Our prayers go to the families of the officers who died on duty.
A very sad and tragic incident that needs thorough investigation.

This is a very strange incident; altho it has so many angles that have to be looked into much further! Oakland has always been a rough place where those who know generally avoid..however; to have the police end up being the hunted when they were supposed to be hunting is beyond me...I agree with you Randall... many questions are left hanging in the air! thank you, hugs, lindalaw

I would agree unfortunately Oakland is notorious for its violence, I live in Northern Cali and stay away from Oakland as much as possible! The shootings yesterday left me with questions as well...
