Good points, Randall.
I am a fire and brimstone baptist who converted to Catholocism not by choice when I married a Catholic. Because of the rigid rule re: communion, since Catholics believe it is the actual body and blood of Christ, I never took communion because I never went to confession. During my 14 yr-old's funeral, I was losing my mind and decided to take communion and if God struck me dead, so be it. He not only didn't but I remained calm for as long as that wafer reamined in my mouth. Confession is always a good thing before communion but mine is private, not with priests and I have still not been struck dead by an irate God, rather blessed by a loving one--good post!

Amen! and Amen! I 100% agree with you. We ALL sin and fall short of the glory of God. I find it appalling that anyone be denied by another. Sin is Sin and we have NO RIGHT to judge another, this is Gods job alone. Thank you, Randall.
