I would not be a retired Police Officer at 45 years old if such an item existed. I was almost killed doing this job and I would be happy if such an item existed. I lost seven friends in the line of duty over my career, all under forty years old. One had been a Police Officer only twenty eight days and was Killed at twenty one years old. I wish we used fazers like on Star Trek and no one would die, just get stunned.
