Since world war II, they’ve been trying to make war a nice thing. It’s not, never has been or ever will be. It’s a bad thing, where people do bad things. If you are not willing to do the bad things that are necessary to end the war, Then you can either surrender or fight the war forever.

War never was fought with words, when you send soldiers there sweep the damn land until there are no one left but with a broken spirit to fight back.
Pussyfooting was Nam politics, have we leveled Hanoi and send our troop to feel their tunnels with something nasty we wouldn't have had 56.000 casualties.
Let the soldiers do the job and drop the political remote control in the sewer, where it belongs.

Walt, you ask valid qurestions, sadly though, we could ask these questions for the next 100 years, and still have no answer.

We (Americans) need to stand and say 'enough is enough.' and bring our troops home...where America needs to rebuild itself, curing the many ills that we now face.
