OK, then, I hereby promise to make anyone who give me a steady paycheck look really, really good with no credit coming my way. I promise to seek whatever fame and fortune I desire from life (which is just about zippo) by pursuing a hobby of novel writing.

Well, that's how I learned them all, too - the hard way. For some reason, no one wants to talk about being "over qualified" and what people generally do about it. I dunno.

I do realize now that if you are over qualified you don't get the job. In the past that was the case with me. I guess they thought I'd take over their jobs so they did not hire me at Dept. of Revenue but kept me season each year cause I was good at opening the mail and sorting for the scanner. Never did put me permanent or on the computer, guess I was too good for that and I would of been darned good too. Can type 72 wpm and go from there. Now on disability and not even looking for a typing job. I learned the hard way the lessons you talked about.
