Cynthia,you are so right:God's word is powerful and active in the lives of those of us who allow Him to free us from our bondage of sin.
Easter,the time we celebrate Jesus'resurrection,is the ideal time to surrender to Him.
It is always good to hear that someone has surrendered to His love,and when it is someone we know personally,our joy is compounded isn't it?

I think it was Einstein who said that God doesn't throw dice. He refuses to play games with us but instead allowed his own son to be murdered in our stead so we would have the ability to be called a child of His. Do we want to be a member of His family? The choice is ours to make as He is no bully. Until we are filled with His Spirit we are like cars which have do battery. We might look good but we are going nowhere. Hugs, J'nia
